My Method

Faith and movement! I'm a christian and believe the teachings and principle taught in the Bible about Faith. In There's scripture in James 2:20 that reads "faith without works is dead." You must put action behind the prayers you're believing God to answer. 

 

Nutrition is the biggest change agent in transforming the way you feel and look. For most it’s the hardest because most people don’t asscociate healthy eating as being cost effective, tasty, or timely .  I like good food, saving money, and time! I’ve found that using simple fresh ingredients to prepare meals is not only cost and time effective, but delicious also! Trust me, your best results will come with consistent, healthy nutrition.

Exercise plays an important role in your transformation was well. Exercise is going to tone, tighten, and strengthen your muscles and help to relieve stress in a positive way.  I literally don’t have time for the gym and I don’t use fancy equipment. I perform all of my exercises at home, often with my kids surrounding me for at least 30 minutes 5-6 x’s a week.  I know adding exercise into your routine may feel like adding another item on your already filled to-do list, but with daily routine scheduling to assist with time management checking off those to-do items may not be as daunting.

Consistency! Consistency! Consistency!  Consistency and time will help complete your transformation. When you start to notice changes in how you feel as a result of your hard work it all becomes so much more meaningful. To set a goal, accomplish it, and feel amazing helps you to feel this overwhelming sense of mastery that will spill over in other areas of your life. Helping you be more confident and in control. No longer feeling hostage by toxic body image issues or insecure in the way your body has evolved post baby. Everything in your life changes after having children and I’m here to help you discover your Best Self through nutrition, exercise and consistency!

You know that mother's set the tone of the household. If you're  feeling “off your  game” because you're  tired, irritable, frustrated, overwhelmed, and so on the tone in your  home will be the opposite of relaxed.

 

 Having a healthy body and mind is a process.  A process of continually developing healthy habits surrounding healthy meal choices and exercise.

 

 I created HOLLYFITT to help moms recognize and reclaim their bodies, health and mental clarity through workshops, downloadable products/programs, exercise, and individualized coaching.
