Service Description

It can be a challenge to maintain a healthy lifestyle while your family isn't ready to follow suit. Or, see your family struggle with living a healthy lifestyle and in need of help to motivate and educate for change. This service will allow me to provide education to you/your family on how to meal prep for your family, tips for picky eaters, and/or  education to your aging parents.
